Once a price for the specified works is agreed,  that price will not change by a penny whatever happens. This way, you know EXACTLY how much you are committing yourself to before the work even starts.  We can even do the work while you go back to your office. Hundreds of busy people do just this these days ……. who has the spare time to sit around  making tea for the plumber ? But its a very good idea to know you’re handing your keys to someone you can trust….. someone very visible, very contactable; someone who has been around a very long time, …..not just some odd bod that a faceless 0800 company will send round.  

A great deal of our work is putting other ‘tradesmens’ work right,  ’cause I love a challenge.  We are not the cheapest plumbers around; but who wants  to risk the problems a cheap plumber can cause?….. they are not so cheap when the ceiling falls down 1/2 an hour after they go home, dont have insurance  and they wont come back until they have your credit card number again !! But make no mistake : the perfect plumber that has never experienced an unpredictable later drip, has yet to be born…. we work with water, we don’t walk on it !!
